Quality Policy Statement

QHSE POLICY (ISO Requirements)SICHEM LLC is a manufacturer of speciality chemicals, whose uses include oilfield chemicals, household ingredients and other preparations and intermediate chemicals for the use in industrial and consumer product applications
SICHEM is committed to total customer satisfaction by producing highest quality products and services that meet all the requirements of our customers and stakeholders - employees, suppliers, shareholders and the general public
The General Manager shall be the overall person responsible for the implementation of this policy
The quality system is continuously monitored through:

Ensure to continually manufacture and produce high quality products at globally competitive costs, supported by excellent customer service, technical innovations and efficient performance
Conduct our activities by providing and using appropriate resources in a sustainable manner that comply with all relevant federal, local and international laws, legislations, regulations and requirements
Endeavour to make efficient use of energy, reduce wastes and emissions, prevent pollutions, protect the environment and minimize our environmental impacts in all aspects of our operations
Ensure to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and ill-health which are appropriate to the specific nature of OH&S to which our employees and other interested parties are exposed

Establish QHSE objectives, review its performance and ensure that such objectives are achieved and served to continually improve the company’s overall performance
Ensure that the employee’s skills and competence are continuously harnessed, and that they receive proper instructions, information, training and supervision for them to understand their specific roles and responsibilities for the achievement of this policy
Ensure that all efforts and initiatives to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks shall be carried out through continuous consultation with and participation of workers
Conduct periodic management system audits in order to monitor the effectiveness of our management strategy and identify areas requiring improvement

Continue to implement, maintain and improve the established integrated management systems to satisfy all applicable requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards
Ensure that the cooperation, consultation and participation of all employees on all levels including contractors and sub-contractors shall be essential to support and sustain our sufficient and effective integrated management systems

Health, Safety, Environment Policy Statement

OHS Policy (Occupational Safety and Health Policy)
SICHEM LLC specializes in the manufacturing of speciality chemicals, drilling fluids additives and other preparations and intermediate chemicals for the use in industrial and consumer product applications.

SICHEM is committed in maintaining Occupational Safety and Health of all our employees and all interested stakeholders including sustaining the environment for future generations.
In order to achieve this, we shall:

Ensure that all associated OSH hazards and risks are identified and managed to prevent the occurrence incidents, occupational health issues and illness including the prevention of injuries to all our employees and those who are working within our premises.
Continuously enhance our employees health and well-being by ensuring that all our operations comply with occupational health and safety requirements and regulations; and that we continuously promote our “duty of care” in all our operations
Endeavour to ensure that we comply with all applicable local, national and international laws, regulations, standards and other statutory and regulatory requirements; in the operation of our business
Establish, implement and continuously maintain a documented Occupational Safety and Health Management System that meets the requirements of OSHAD-SF standard
Establish OSH objectives for our business; review our performance against these objectives during regular Management Review Meetings with the objective of continual improvement
Endeavour to provide the appropriate OSH resources and ensure make efficient use of these energy and resources, reduce waste to prevent pollution and minimize our environmental impact in all aspects of our operations
Ensure that appropriate OSH resources are provided to all employees including contractors, visitors and other interested stakeholders
The OSH Policy will be regularly reviewed for continuing suitability during Management Review Meetings
The OSH Policy is communicated to all employees and made available to all interested parties. Employees will be consulted on matters affecting their Health & Safety and provided with appropriate OSH training relevant to their job. All employees have a duty to work in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
The General Manager is responsible for the implementation of this policy
